Terms of Service

Chapter 1. General rule

Article 1 (Purpose)
The purpose of this Agreement is to prescribe the use of conditions, procedures, membership rules, and other necessary matters of {Exciting Korea}’s Internet Travel Service (hereinafter referred to as the Company), provided by the Telecommunications Business Act and the Enforcement Decree of the same Act.

Article 2 (Activity and Application of Terms and Conditions)
1. The contents of these terms and conditions shall take effect by posting them on the service webpages or notifying the members by other means.
2. We may change this regulation and it will become effective by stipulating it in the same way as in paragraph 1.

Article 3 (Compliance other than the terms and conditions)
1. Matters not specified in this Agreement shall be governed by the provisions of the Framework Act on Telecommunications, the Telecommunications Business Act, and other related statutes.


Article 4 (Definitions of Terms)
1. The definitions of terms used in these Regulations are as follows: 

The terms used in this Regulation are defined as follows:
•A. User: Any person who uses the services provided by us
•B. Member: A person who enters into a service contract with the Company among users
•C. ID: Text or combination approved by the company by the member for member identification and the use of the member's services
•E. Password: A combination of letters and numbers determined to ensure that the member is a member consistent with the ID granted and to protect the member's own secrets.
•F. Cancellation: The cancellation of a service contract by the company or a member after the service is opened.



Chapter 2. Signing up for membership and service use contracts

Article 5 (Enterment of a contract for use)
1. A contract for use shall be established with the consent of the company's acceptance of the user's application for use and the consent of the user's terms and conditions.
2. Those who wish to use the service by signing up as a member shall provide the personal information requested by our company.
3. Those who wish to use the service by signing up as a member will be provided with information on the designated online subscription form, and other information will be optional.
 •-User number (ID) - Password (PASSWORD) - Name (real name/English name) - Phone number and address
4. In addition to the above, we may add additional information deemed necessary by the company and announce this fact.


Article 6 (Approval of Application for Use)
1. The company accepts when a user applies for use by accurately stating the matters specified in Chapter 2 and 3.
2. The company may withhold its consent for the following applications:
•- In case there is no room in the facility or technical disturbance.
•- Other cases where the head office is deemed necessary

3. The Company may not accept the following application for use:•- If the name is not real
•- Where an application is made using the name of another person
•- Where an application is made by filling in the required details when applying for use.
•- Where an application is made for the purpose of hindering the well-being and order of society or customs.
•- In case other requirements for application are not met as determined by the company;
•- When other requirements for application are insufficient as determined by the Company;


Article 7 (Changes in Contracts)
1. The members shall make corrections online if any changes are made when applying for use. The user is responsible for the damage caused by the user's failure to use a spoon.


Article 8 (Protection of Personal Information)
1. When collecting information from service users, the company collects only the minimum amount of information necessary with the consent of the relevant users, and the users can view, correct, or delete their height information from time to time online.
2. The company shall never provide, lose, or leak personal information of the customer to a third party without his or her own consent, and the company shall be responsible for all damages caused by failure to comply with such information. Exceptions shall be made in the following cases:
•A. Where there is a request from a state agency, etc. under relevant laws, such as the Framework Act on Telecommunications;
•B. The purpose of the investigation into a crime or the request of the Information and Communication Ethics Committee;
•C. If the shipper is informed of the customer's information on the job of shipping.
•D. Some information is shared only on matters related to banking.
•E. The purpose of statistical preparation, promotional materials, academic research, etc., which cannot identify a specific person;
•F. Any request made in accordance with the procedures prescribed by other relevant statutes;
If we find any unfair cases such as personal information leakage without the user's consent, we can report them through 02-654-4111, e-mail speedtour@speedtour.co.kr, the Korea Consumer Protection Agency, and the Citizens' Coalition for Economic Justice, and we are obliged to take appropriate measures.



Chapter 3. Use of Services

Article 9 (Duties on Member ID, Email, Password Management) 
1. All administrative responsibilities regarding ID, email, and password are to you. The member shall be responsible for all the results of ID, e-mail, password management, and fraudulent use.
2. If your ID, e-mail, and password are used illegally, the member must notify us.


Article 10 (Service Type)
The company may change the contents and types of the service, and the changes shall be notified through the Princess. The types of services are as follows. 

•A. Air/hotel reservations/sales online
•B. Book/sell travel packages online
•C. Other travel-related products and information services


Article 11 (Providing Information)
1. The Company may provide users with various information deemed necessary by e-mail, wireline media, and letter mail.


Article 12 (STOP OF SERVICES)
1. The Company may suspend the provision of all or part of the Services in any of the following cases:

•A. In inevitable cases due to construction, such as repair of service equipment
•B. In the event that a fixed-term telecommunication service provider as stipulated in the Telecommunications Business Act has stopped the telecommunication service,
•C. In the event of a national emergency, power failure, failure of service facilities, or a surge in service use, etc., normal service use is disrupted;


Article 13 (Our Service Maintenance Responsibility)
1. The Company shall maintain the service delivery facilities in operable state at all times and repair and repair them promptly when the service provision fails or is destroyed.


Article 14 (User's Duty)
1. Users shall not perform any of the following acts when using the service: 

•A. Use of fraudulent IDs
•B. Reproducing information obtained from the service for purposes other than the use of the members without prior consent from the company, using it for publication, broadcasting, etc., or providing it to a third party;
•C. Violating copyrights and other rights of third parties;
•D. Behavior that is objectively judged to be linked to crime
•E. Any other act in violation of relevant laws and regulations.

2. The user shall comply with the matters stipulated in these Regulations, service information, and notices, or the restrictions announced separately.
3. Users cannot conduct business activities using the company's services without prior approval, and shall not be held responsible for the results of the business activities and the results of the business activities in violation of the regulations.



Chapter. 4. Service charges

Article 15 (System of Charges, etc.)
1. The service charge system provided by us is as follows. 

•-Subscription: Free
•-Reading travel-related information: free of charge
•- Reservation and sale of travel-related services: Paid
•-We may change the service charge and will announce the details of the fee separately.



Chapter 5. Termination of Contracts and Restriction of Service Use

Article 16 (Cancellation of Contract)
1. When a member intends to terminate a service contract, he/she shall file an application for termination with the company online.
2. If a member commits any of the following acts, the company may terminate the service contract without prior notice or suspend the use of the service for a fixed period:
•A. Use a fraudulent ID or steal an email (E-mail) and password
•B. Intentionally obstructed service operation;
•C. In the case of intentionally disseminating content that is detrimental to public order and customs;
•D. In the case of damaging or penalizing another person's honor;
•E. In the event that a member plans or implements the use of the service for the purpose of undermining the national or social public interest;
•F. Any violation of other conditions of use determined by the company;


Article 17 (Regulations on Restrictions on Use)
1. If the Company intends to restrict the use of the company in accordance with the provisions of Article 5, Chapter 1, paragraph 2, it shall notify the relevant user or agent by e-mail or other means by determining the reason, date, period, and other matters. However, this is not the case if the company recognizes that it is necessary to urgently suspend the use.
2. The user or his/her agent who has been notified of the restriction on use pursuant to the provisions of paragraph (1) may raise an objection if he/she has any objection to the notice of suspension of use.
3. The Company may temporarily postpone the suspension of use of the objection under paragraph (2) until the period for confirmation, and shall notify the user or his/her agent of the result.
4. If it is confirmed that the reason for suspension of use has been resolved during the suspension period, the company immediately cancels the suspension of use.



Chapter 6. Damage and Immunity Clause

Article 18 (Contributions for Damage)
1. The Company shall not be liable for any damages incurred to the users in connection with the use of free services.
2. The Company shall compensate the relevant member for all damages caused by the company's liability in connection with the service provided for a fee.

Article 19 (Exemption Clause)
1. If the Company is unable to provide services due to natural disasters or equivalent force majeure, it shall be exempted from responsibility for the provision of services.
2. The Company shall not be held liable for the member's failure to use the service due to reasons attributable to the member.
3. The Company shall not be liable for damages caused by the member's expected profit or loss or data obtained through the service.
4. The Company shall not be held responsible for the information, data, reliability, accuracy, etc. provided by the members in the service.

Article 20 (Regulatory Court)
1. If a lawsuit is filed against a dispute arising from the use of the service, the court having jurisdiction over the location of the company's headquarters shall be the competent court.
